A guide to care questions

Checking the proof

Which sources answer which questions?

Pick the reading that matches your question. An official page can answer one issue while leaving another open.

Care facts as of September 2026.

What is an agency page useful for?

Use the drug agency’s pages for what it says about approval, compounding and named concerns.

Use the relevant board record for a licence. Use the tax agency’s pages for health-account terms.

What is guidance, and what is law?

The medical-board policy recommends how online care should work. Each state sets the rules that can be enforced.

Use that policy to ask about the visit. Ask the service which state rule applies; a policy recommendation does not settle that.

What can an FDA letter tell me?

FDA warning letters describe allegations at a point in time; later exchanges may change an issue’s status.

FDA is the U.S. drug agency. Such a letter tells a recipient which problems the agency has identified.

An empty search result does not mean FDA has cleared a business.

What is still missing for the memory question?

These sources give this guide no study result confirming a memory or focus benefit in people. They do not settle whether another study exists elsewhere.

Ask anyone making that promise for the study in people, then ask how its findings match the offer.

What can I take away?

Match each source to its question. Leave a gap visible until it has an answer.
