How can I explain what has changed?
Write when you first noticed the trouble, how it affects the day, and what you want help with.
List every medicine and supplement you take. Add the care and tests you have had, and bring those notes.
What can I ask about the assessment?
- What problem are we trying to understand?
- What else needs to be assessed before discussing treatment?
- What can this visit establish, and what would need another visit or test?
What can I ask about a proposed product?
- What is the ingredient name in full, including the particular version? Would I take a pill, use a liquid or have a shot?
- What study in people backs the memory or focus claim?
- How does that study apply to my goal?
- What are the alternatives, including deciding against this treatment?
- Who prepares and sends the medicine?
What can I ask about follow-up and the bill?
- Which changes would tell us that this plan helps me?
- What unwanted problems would change the plan?
- How can I reach the health professional or pharmacist with a question?
- What is the total cost now and later?
- What happens to fees if this product is not prescribed?
Am I allowed to keep asking?
Medical-board guidance, checked here in September 2026, requires space for the patient’s own follow-up questions.
Ask for any term to be explained in ordinary words. Write down what remains unclear.
What can I take away?
Aim to leave able to explain the answer yourself and name the questions that remain open.
