Cognitive peptide handbook

A guide to care questions

What is it?

Does it help?

Can I get it?

How do visits work?

What will I pay?

What could go wrong?

Understanding the offer

What can I learn in a quick read?

Keep the short answers. Follow the chapter that answers the question still on your mind.

Care facts as of September 2026.

Keep in mind

A clear offer gives you names, reasons and terms you can check.

Is this a clinic?

No. This is a guide to weighing care offers. There is no booking or prescribing here.

Is a prescription the same as approval?

No: as of September 2026, a prescribed compounded preparation still has no FDA approval.

FDA is the U.S. drug agency. Compounded means mixed or made to order.

Can a visit happen online?

A telehealth visit uses a screen, a telephone or messages online to provide care at a distance.

The standard required for care does not drop when the visit is remote, under medical-board guidance checked in September 2026. It must match the standard for a visit in person.

State rules for remote prescribing differ as of September 2026.

Can the price alone tell me enough?

Ask what the visit costs, what the medicine costs, and what follow-up would add.

A low price in an advert may leave out charges. Ask for the full bill.

What can I ask before I choose?

Which product? For which problem? What proof? Who will assess me? What is the full bill?

An offer that leaves these questions open is still an offer to examine.

Does that claim hold up?

Does a polished badge settle the question?

Registration means a business has submitted its details for an FDA list. Product approval and permission to market a drug do not follow from that listing, as of September 2026.

Can a form with set answers replace a full care visit?

An online form offering set answers, with no follow-up questions, cannot by itself support care under medical-board guidance checked in September 2026.

What can I take away?

A clear offer gives you names, reasons and terms you can check.

What can I read next?

Medical boards: care across a screen

This is guidance for boards. State rules supply the enforceable terms.

FDA: compounded preparations

Explains why a prescription does not turn a custom preparation into an approved product.
